Return and Exchange Policy:

Our return policy is simple, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs. The item(s) must be in its original unused condition with all packaging and tags attached. We will gladly exchange a purchase but shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Exchanges pass the 14 day period can be returned but a 20% restocking fee will apply.

UNFORTUNATELY, SOME ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE AS FOLLOWS:
SALE ITEMS, ALL PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT IN CUSTOMIZATION TO WHAT YOU ORDERED. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY!

If we have made an error on a personalized or custom item we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship you the corrected product.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Please email us to let us know you wish to return or make an exchange. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA number). Items must be received back at our location within 7 days of receiving your RA number. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging and with all the tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.

All returns and exchanges are processed Monday to Friday except on holidays.

Order Cancellations:

Unfortunately, there are no cancellations on custom orders and special order merchandise since they are customized and special ordered just for you.

However, you are able to cancel in stock items from your order, provided we have not shipped it. Please email us promptly with any order cancellations you may have and stat your order number and name.

If your order has already been shipped (orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours), but you wish to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us once you have received your package, less the shipping costs. Please see the easy return and exchange procedure above.

We will use your information only for follow-up contacts, statistical purposes, and to process and recognize your orders. We disclose your information only to accomplish the purposes listed above.
